β-catenin、NCAM蛋白在甲状腺癌组织的表达及其意义
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of 尾 -catenin (尾 -catenin) (neural cell adhesion molecule,NCAM in thyroid carcinoma (thyroid carcinoma,TC). To compare and analyze the difference of 尾-catenin,NCAM protein expression between thyroid carcinoma and benign thyroid lesions, to explore the significance of 尾-catenin,NCAM protein in the occurrence and development of thyroid carcinoma, and to explore the 尾-catenin, protein expression at the same time. Role of NCAM protein in invasion and Metastasis of thyroid carcinoma. Methods: the paraffin lumps of thyroid cancer tissue were collected from 2008 to 2015 in Linyi people's Hospital. All the cases were diagnosed clearly and the clinical data were complete. No special treatment was given before operation. 70 cases of thyroid carcinoma and 36 cases of benign thyroid lesions were collected. The expression of 尾-catenin,NCAM protein was detected by immunohistochemical streptomycin biotin-peroxidase (S-P) method, and the relationship between the expression of NCAM, 尾-catenin and the clinicopathological features of the patients was investigated. Statistical software SPSS19.0 analysis, using X 2 test, Spearman grade correlation analysis, P0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. The result is 1: 1. In benign thyroid lesions, 尾-catenin protein is mainly expressed in cell membrane, while in thyroid carcinoma, 尾-catenin protein is expressed in cytoplasm or nuclear ectopic. The positive expression rate of 尾-catenin in thyroid cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in benign thyroid lesions (P < 0. 05), and the abnormal expression rate of 尾-catenin in thyroid cancer tissues was higher than that in thyroid benign lesions (all P 0. 05). The abnormal expression rate of 尾-catenin in thyroid carcinoma tissues (including papillary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid follicular carcinoma, medullary thyroid carcinoma and undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma) showed no significant difference (P0.05). The abnormal expression rate of 尾-catenin protein in thyroid carcinoma was correlated with sex, age, tumor diameter, The positive expression of 2.NCAM was mainly located in the cell membrane. The positive expression rate of NCAM in thyroid carcinoma was lower than that in benign thyroid lesions (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of NCAM expression among different histological types of thyroid carcinoma by X2 test (P0.05). (P0.05) the positive rate of); NCAM was significantly different between the peripheral lymph node metastasis and X2 test (P0.05). The positive rate of NCAM in thyroid carcinoma was not correlated with sex, age, tumor diameter and pathological stage (P < 0. 05). The positive expression of NCAM and the abnormal expression of 尾-catenin were negatively correlated with the expression of 尾-catenin in thyroid carcinomas by Spearman grade correlation analysis (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1. There is a general ectopic expression of 尾-catenin in thyroid carcinoma, the expression rate of cell membrane is decreased, while the expression rate of cytoplasm or nucleus is increased, suggesting that the abnormal expression of 尾-catenin is found in thyroid carcinoma. The important role that could be played in development; 2. The positive rate of NCAM in thyroid carcinoma was significantly lower than that in benign thyroid lesions. The expression rate of NCAM is closely related to lymph node metastasis, suggesting that NCAM may play an important role in the signal pathway of thyroid cancer metastasis, and is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma. 3. The detection of 尾-catenin,NCAM has no significant value in the differential diagnosis of undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma from thyroid papillary carcinoma, thyroid follicular carcinoma and medullary thyroid carcinoma. In the differential diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma and benign thyroid disease, 尾-catenin,NCAM combined detection can improve the accuracy of diagnosis. 4. The expression of 尾-catenin,NCAM is negatively correlated with the reverse balance, suggesting that NCAM, 尾-catenin may be closely related to the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma.
