卵巢巨大平滑肌脂肪瘤1例

【摘要】：正患者女性,59岁,发现腹胀、腹痛1年余,近2个月不断加重,腹部膨隆明显就医。盆腔超声示右侧附件区见一巨大肿物(最大直径约26 cm)。随后患者接受右侧卵巢及肿物切除。术后随访5个月,患者情况良好,无肿瘤复发或转移。病理检查眼观:送检灰红、灰黄色肿物1个,大小25cm×22 cm×11 cm,表面光滑、呈分叶状,卵巢组织大小3.5cm×2.6 cm×1.5 cm,附着于肿瘤表面。肿物边界清,有薄包膜,切面大部分区域为实性,灰白、灰黄色相间,质韧。部
[Abstract]:Female patient, 59 years old, found abdominal distension, abdominal pain more than one year, the last 2 months of continuous exacerbation, abdominal distention obvious medical treatment. Pelvic ultrasound showed a large tumor in the right adnexal region (the maximum diameter was about 26 cm). The patient was subsequently removed from the right ovary and tumor. Follow-up for 5 months showed that the patients were in good condition and had no recurrence or metastasis. Histopathological examination showed that there were one gray red, one grayish yellow mass, and the size of 25cm 脳 22 cm 脳 11 cm, was smooth and lobulated, and the size of ovary was 3.5cm 脳 2.6 cm 脳 1.5 cm, attached to the surface of the tumor.
