Hughes法重建下睑肿瘤切除术后眼睑缺损的临床评价

【摘要】：目的：分析利用Hughes法对下睑肿瘤切除术后患者眼睑缺损的重建效果。方法：回顾性系列病例研究。对浙江大学医学院附属第二医院眼科中心2011年11月至2015年12月间收治的10例眼睑肿瘤患者(其中男性5例,女性5例)行下睑肿瘤切除术联合Hughes法眼睑重建术,术后进行随访,评价其手术治疗效果。结果：共有10例患者(年龄58岁～75岁)10只眼,随访3至52个月。10例患者的术后病理诊断中8例为基底细胞癌,1例为睑板腺癌,1例为鳞状细胞癌。所有患者随访期内均未发现肿瘤复发及转移,重建后的眼睑形态良好、功能正常,2例患者术后出现睑缘红斑的情况,未见其他术后并发症。结论：利用Hughes法修复下睑肿瘤切除术后眼睑睑缺损,可获得理想的功能及外观效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the reconstruction effect of eyelid defect after lower eyelid tumor resection by Hughes. Methods: a series of retrospective case studies. From November 2011 to December 2015, 10 patients (5 male and 5 female) with eyelid tumor were treated in the Eye Center of the second affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College. The patients underwent lower eyelid tumor resection combined with Hughes method of eyelid reconstruction. To evaluate the effect of surgical treatment. Results: a total of 10 eyes (58 ~ 75 years old) were followed up for 3 to 52 months. Of the 10 patients, 8 were basal cell carcinoma, 1 was meibomian adenocarcinoma and 1 was squamous cell carcinoma. No recurrence or metastasis of the tumor was found in all patients, and the reconstructed eyelid had good shape and normal function. There were no other postoperative complications in 2 patients with erythema palpebri. Conclusion: Hughes method can be used to repair eyelid defect after lower eyelid tumor resection.
