甲状腺癌组织中BRMSl和Cx43的表达与患者临床病理及预后的关系

【摘要】：目的:探讨乳腺癌转移抑制因子(BRMSl)、细胞缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)在甲状腺癌中的表达变化及与患者临床病理特征、预后复发的关系。方法:收集术后确诊的甲状腺癌组织标本(甲状腺癌组)102例、因外科其他原因进行甲状腺活检或手术采集的正常甲状腺组织标本40例(正常组)、手术后确诊为甲状腺良性疾病67例(良性组,包括甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿),采用免疫组织化学法检测三组中的BRMSl、Cx43蛋白表达情况并进行分析。结果:甲状腺癌组织中BRMSl、Cx43蛋白的阳性表达率分别为49.02%、46.07%,均明显低于良性组和正常组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05);甲状腺癌组织中BRMSl、Cx43蛋白的阳性表达率与患者的淋巴结转移、包膜侵犯、肿瘤直径、TNM分期有关(P0.05);甲状腺癌组织中BRMSl、Cx43蛋白阳性表达患者的5年复发率和病死率为4.00%、5.13%,均明显低于阴性表达患者的19.23%、20.00%(P0.05)。结论:BRMSl、Cx43在甲状腺组织中下调表达与甲状腺癌的发生、发展及预后具有一定的关系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of gap junction protein 43 (Cx43) in (BRMSl), cells of breast cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods: 102 cases of thyroid carcinoma (thyroid carcinoma group) and 40 cases of normal thyroid tissue (normal group) were collected by thyroid biopsy or operation for other reasons. 67 cases of benign thyroid diseases (benign group, including thyroid adenoma, nodular goiter) were diagnosed after operation. The expression of BRMSl,Cx43 protein in the three groups was detected and analyzed by immunohistochemical method. Results: the positive expression rates of BRMSl,Cx43 protein in thyroid carcinoma were 49.02 and 46.07 respectively, which were significantly lower than those in benign group and normal group (P0.05). The positive expression rate of BRMSl,Cx43 protein in thyroid carcinoma was related to lymph node metastasis, capsule invasion, tumor diameter and TNM stage (P0.05). The 5-year recurrence rate and fatality rate of patients with positive expression of BRMSl,Cx43 protein were 4.00 and 5.13, which were significantly lower than that of patients with negative expression of BRMSl,Cx43 protein (19.2320. 00%) (P0.05). Conclusion: the down-regulated expression of BRMSl,Cx43 in thyroid tissue is related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of thyroid carcinoma.
