新疆肿瘤登记地区恶性肿瘤早死所致疾病负担分析

【摘要】：目的了解2011年新疆肿瘤登记地区恶性肿瘤早死所致疾病负担,为肿瘤防治提供依据。方法收集2011年新疆肿瘤登记地区恶性肿瘤死亡数据,通过死亡率、潜在减寿年(potential years of life lost,PYLL)和早死所致生命损失年(years of life lost,YLL)来评价恶性肿瘤早死所致疾病负担情况。结果 2011年恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为93.04/10~5,男性中标率(110.83/10~5)高于女性(61.60/105)。恶性肿瘤PYLL率为8.88‰,男性(9.29‰)高于女性(8.46‰),PYLL率的前五位依次为肺癌、肝癌、白血病、胃癌和乳腺癌,占到全部的55.07%。恶性肿瘤YLL率为10.58‰,男性(12.05‰)高于女性(9.09‰),YLL率排前五位的依次是肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、白血病和乳腺癌,占到全部的57.38%。PYLL率和YLL率均随年龄增加呈上升趋势,40岁以上人群占全部疾病负担的70%,且45岁以后,男性高于女性。结论恶性肿瘤早死所致疾病负担较重,男性高于女性,40岁以后人群所占比例较高,肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、白血病和女性乳腺癌带来的疾病负担较重,为新疆地区肿瘤防治提供参考。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the burden of early death of malignant tumor in Xinjiang cancer registration area in 2011 and to provide evidence for tumor prevention and treatment. Methods the data of malignant tumor death in Xinjiang cancer registration area in 2011 were collected.
