肝外胆管黏液性囊性肿瘤1例报告

【摘要】：正黏液性囊性肿瘤在阑尾、胰腺及卵巢等组织中发生率较高,肝外胆管少见,2013年国内文献报道1例肝内胆管乳头状黏液性囊腺瘤~([1]),国外也有病例报道~([2])。虽然恶变率低,但如不重视或被漏诊,可发展为恶性。临床症状和体征不明显,通常为影像学检查发现,术中或术后病理确诊,因此容易漏诊。2017年2月,我科诊断1例肝外胆管黏液性囊性肿瘤,报道如下。1临床资料
[Abstract]:The incidence of positive mucinous cystic tumors in appendix, pancreas and ovary is high, and extrahepatic bile duct is rare. A case of papillary mucinous cystadenoma of intrahepatic bile duct was reported in domestic literature in 2013. There are also cases reported abroad. Although the rate of malignancy is low, it can develop into malignancy if it is ignored or missed. Clinical symptoms and signs are not obvious, usually found in imaging examination, intraoperative or postoperative pathological diagnosis, so easy to miss diagnosis. In February 2017, I diagnosed a case of extrahepatic bile duct mucinous cystic tumor, reported as follows 1 clinical data.
