子宫内膜癌中DNA双链断裂修复的研究进展

【摘要】：基因组不稳定是癌症的特征之一,而细胞DNA损伤应答及其修复机制异常是导致基因组不稳定的重要原因。所有类型的DNA损伤中,DNA双链断裂是最严重的一种,DNA双链断裂修复机制与多种肿瘤的发生发展和治疗密切关联,现就子宫内膜癌中的DNA双链断裂修复研究进展做一综述,以期为未来靶向DNA修复通路的研究和治疗提供理论参考。
[Abstract]:Genomic instability is one of the characteristics of cancer, and abnormal DNA damage response and repair mechanism is an important cause of genomic instability. Among all types of DNA damage, DNA double strand break is the most serious one. The repair mechanism of DNA double strand break is closely related to the occurrence, development and treatment of many kinds of tumors. This article reviews the research progress of DNA double strand break repair in endometrial carcinoma. In order to provide theoretical reference for the future research and treatment of targeted DNA repair pathway.
