前哨淋巴结在非小细胞肺癌中的检测及临床应用

【摘要】:前哨淋巴结的定位已经成为了黑色素瘤和乳腺癌的治疗的标准,并且有助于改善精确分期和针对性治疗,同时降低侵袭性淋巴结清扫的发病率。前哨淋巴结慢慢成为了实体癌的研究热点。自1999年以来,很多专家提出了肺癌模型中的进行相似的定位并想取得成功。但是,因为非小细胞肺癌有高度可变的淋巴引流模式和“跳跃性转移”倾向等特点,目前对于前哨淋巴结的检测仍不完善,尽管如此,我们仍要继续寻找优化和验证非小细胞肺癌前哨淋巴结方法的最佳技术组合。本文综述了迄今为止的研究,探讨了提高非小细胞肺癌前哨淋巴结活检准确性的可能性。
[Abstract]:The location of sentinel lymph nodes has become a standard for the treatment of melanoma and breast cancer, and helps to improve accurate staging and targeted therapy, while reducing the incidence of invasive lymph node dissection. Sentinel lymph node gradually became the hot spot of solid cancer. Since 1999, many experts have proposed similar positioning in the lung cancer model and want to succeed. However, because the non-small cell lung cancer has the characteristics of highly variable lymphatic drainage pattern and "jump-jump" tendency, the detection of the sentinel lymph node is still incomplete. Nevertheless, we should continue to find the best technique combination for optimizing and verifying the sentinel lymph node method of the non-small cell lung cancer. To date, the possibility of increasing the accuracy of sentinel lymph node biopsy in non-small cell lung cancer is discussed.
