CD151及整合素α3、整合素β1在肝细胞肝癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】：目的通过研究肝细胞肝癌中CD151及整合素α3、整合素β1的表达,探讨它们与肝细胞肝癌的发生、发展的关系,并分析预后,为肝细胞肝癌的诊治及临床基础研究提供新的诊疗思路。方法收集郑州大学第一附属医院行肝细胞肝癌切除患者的临床资料及石蜡标本组织52例。收集正常肝脏标本组织10例。采用免疫组化方法,检测肝癌、癌旁组织及正常肝脏组织中CD151、整合素α3、整合素β1的表达情况及其相关性,同时分析肝癌患者的首次复发时间。分析这三种蛋白的表达情况与临床病理特征的关系,以及与患者预后的相关性。结果1.CD151在肝癌组织中阳性表达率为70.3%,癌旁组织、正常肝脏组织中的表达分别为57.9%、21.4%(p0.05)。整合素α3在肝癌组织表达率为75.2%;癌旁组织、正常肝脏组织中的表达分别为56.7%、27.8%(p0.05)。整合素β1在肝癌组织表达阳性率为78.8%;癌旁组织、正常肝脏组织中的表达分别为62.4%、39.0%(p0.05)。2.CD151、整合素α3、整合素β1在肝癌中的表达呈正相关。CD151与整合素α3的spearman相关系数r=0.152,CD151与整合素β1的spearman相关系数r=0.081,整合素α3与整合素β1的spearman相关系数r=0.066,表达成正相关(p0.05)。3.CD151与整合素α3、整合素β1在低分化肝癌组织的阳性表达率较高-中分化肝癌组织阳性率高。CD151、整合素α3、整合素β1蛋白与肝癌分化程度的χ2分别是:7.140、11.244、5.223,差异具有统计学意义(p0.05)。4.CD151、整合素α3、整合素β1在肝癌中的表达率高,患者复发周期短。结论1.CD151与整合素α3、整合素β1在肝癌组织高表达,肝癌组织分化越低,蛋白表达阳性率越高。2.CD151、整合素α3、整合素β1蛋白的高表达可能影响患者的预后。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of CD151, integrin 伪 3 and integrin 尾 1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and to explore the relationship between them and the occurrence and development of HCC, and to analyze the prognosis of HCC. It provides a new way of diagnosis and treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods the clinical data and paraffin-embedded tissues of 52 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) resected in the first affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were collected. 10 normal liver tissues were collected. The expression of CD151, integrin 伪 3 and integrin 尾 1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), paracancerous tissues and normal liver tissues and their correlation were detected by immunohistochemical method. The first recurrence time of HCC patients was analyzed at the same time. To analyze the relationship between the expression of these three proteins and clinicopathological features, and to analyze the correlation between the expression of these three proteins and the prognosis of the patients. Results the positive expression rate of 1.CD151 was 70.3% in HCC tissues, 57.9% in paracancerous tissues and 21.4% in normal liver tissues (p0.05). The expression rate of integrin 伪 3 was 75.2% in HCC tissues and 56.7% and 27.8% in normal liver tissues, respectively (p0.05). The positive rate of integrin 尾 1 expression in HCC tissues was 78.8%. The expression of CD151, integrin 伪 3 and integrin 尾 1 was positively correlated with the expression of integrin 伪 3 and integrin 尾 1 in hepatocellular carcinoma. The spearman correlation coefficient between CD151 and integrin 伪 3 was 0.152, and the correlation coefficient between CD151 and integrin 伪 3 was 0.152, and the expression of integrin 伪 3 and integrin 尾 1 in normal liver tissues were 62.4%, 39.0% (p0.05). The correlation coefficient of spearman between CD151 and integrin 尾 1 was r = 0.081, and the correlation coefficient between integrin 伪 3 and integrin 尾 1 was r = 0.066, which was positively correlated with the expression of integrin 伪 3 (p0.05) .3.CD151 was positively correlated with integrin 伪 3, and integrin 伪 3 was positively correlated with integrin 伪 3. CD151, integrin 伪 3, integrin 尾 1 protein and differentiation degree of HCC were 7.140, 11.244,5.223,7.140, 11.244,5.223,respectively, the positive rates of integrin 尾 1 in poorly differentiated HCC tissues were higher than those in low differentiated HCC tissues, CD151, integrin 伪 3 and integrin 尾 1 protein were 7.140, 11.244,5.223,respectively. The expression rate of CD151, integrin 伪 3 and integrin 尾 1 in HCC was high, and the recurrence cycle was short. Conclusion the high expression of 1.CD151 and integrin 伪 3, integrin 尾 1 in HCC tissues, the lower the differentiation of HCC tissues, the higher the positive rate of protein expression. 2.CD151, integrin 伪 3 and integrin 尾 1 protein expression may affect the prognosis of patients.
