2001～2010年某队列人群老年消化系统癌症患者住院费用及影响因素

【摘要】：目的了解某队列人群老年消化系统癌症住院费用及影响因素。方法运用历史性队列研究方法,整群抽取某队列人群职工医院2001~2010年诊断为恶性肿瘤患者的病历资料,选取60岁及以上住院患者1 128例,采用多元线性逐步回归方法对影响因素进行分析。结果人均住院费用为5 209.26元,每人日均住院费用为375.31元,且与年份无相关性(P0.05);影响因素最优方程为Y^=8.312-0.159 X1+0.219 X4-0.243X5+0.035 X6,影响住院费用的主要变量为治疗结局付费方式性别住院天数。结论应加强医院内部管理,采取综合措施降低老年消化系统癌症住院费用。

Methods using the method of historical cohort study, the medical records of patients diagnosed as malignant tumors in a cohort hospital from 2001 to 2010 were selected. 1128 inpatients aged 60 and over were selected. Multiple linear stepwise regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results the per capita hospitalization cost was 5 209.26 yuan, and the average daily hospitalization cost per person was 375.31 yuan, and there was no correlation with the year (P 0.05).
