蝶窦鼻胶质瘤1例并文献复习

【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,男,39岁,以反复头痛4年为主诉来我科就诊。该患者4年来无明显诱因出现反复头痛,呈间断性,为闷胀痛,以晨起与午后疼痛明显,无鼻塞,无脓涕、清水样涕及涕中带血,无经常性鼻出血,无嗅觉减退,无复视及视力下降。患者曾于外院神经内科行对症治疗,但效果不佳,因行鼻窦CT示蝶窦占位(考虑蝶窦囊肿)而收治于我院耳鼻咽喉科。既往体健,无不良嗜好。入院查体:生命体
[Abstract]:Positive 1 case reported patient, male, 39 years old, with recurrent headache for 4 years as the main complaint to our department. In the past 4 years, the patient had no obvious inducement to have recurrent headache and intermittent headache, which was stuffy and distension pain, no nasal congestion, no pus, no purulent runny nose, no recurrent nosebleed and no loss of smell. No amblyopia and vision loss. The patients were treated with symptomatic treatment in the Department of Neurology, external Hospital, but the effect was not good. Because of the space occupying of sphenoid sinus shown by CT of paranasal sinus (considering sphenoid sinus cyst), the patient was treated in the department of otorhinolaryngology of our hospital.
