WT1突变与急性髓系白血病预后关系的Meta分析

【摘要】：目的采用Meta分析的方法总结近十年WT1突变与急性髓系白血病(AML)预后的关系。方法检索PubMed数据库,英文检索词为"WT1 mutation"和"Acute Myeloid Leukemia",检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang),中文检索词为"WT1突变""急性髓系白血病",检索时间为2006年1月1日至2015年12月31日。结果本研究共纳入5篇英文文献,样本量共计1 488例。Meta分析结果表明,在总体AML中WT1野生组与突变组相比完全缓解率(CR)(RR=0.91,95%CI:0.81~1.04,P=0.16)和复发率(RR)(RR=1.30,95%CI:0.74~2.26,P=0.36)差异无统计学意义,但在CK-AML中的CR(RR=0.86,95%CI:0.75~0.98,P=0.03)及总体AML中的总生存期(OS)(HR=1.77,95%CI:1.05~2.99,P=0.03)差异存在统计学意义。结论目前Meta分析结果表明WT1突变对AML患者尤其CK-AML患者的预后有一定的影响。由于受纳入文献数量的限制,仍需纳入更多的样本,以得到更加明确的WT1突变对于AML患者预后的影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the relationship between WT1 mutation and (AML) prognosis in acute myeloid leukemia by Meta analysis. Methods the PubMed database was searched with the English search words "WT1 mutation" and "Acute Myeloid Leukemia". The Chinese search words of (WanFang), were "WT1 mutation" and "acute myeloid leukemia" from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2015. Results A total of 5 English literatures were included in this study.
