基于深度卷积神经网络的食管癌术前影像诊断关键问题研究

食管癌是八大常见恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率居高不下。大多数患者在确诊时已是局部进展期或晚期,错失了治疗最佳期,预后效果极差。影响食管癌预后的因素包括临床分期、淋巴结状态、病理类型等,早期诊断且个性化的治疗方案、合理控制食管癌的发病危险因素能有效改善食管癌患者的预后状况。因此,对食管癌的早期诊断与治疗变得十分重要。近年来,以深度学习为主要代表的机器学习技术发展势头强劲,尤其是在自然语言处理、目标识别、图像处理等方面取得了良好的成果。医学影像作为一种特殊的图像,深度学习技术为医学图像数据的挖掘带来了新的希望。尤其是在疾病的鉴别、诊断、检出以及预测等方面大显身手,在辅助临床决策上带来重要参考。新技术的出现,为食管癌临床诊断带来了新契机。本文总结了深度学习近年在医学影像方面的研究进展,以及食管癌术前分期、淋巴结转移状态在临床问题上面临的挑战与技术难题,将深度学习技术引入到食管癌术前影像诊断上,并展开研究。主要研究内容和创新点如下:1.针对食管癌临床影像诊断过程中,部分必要影像图像不完备的情况,本文提出了利用生成式对抗网络从患者的平扫CT影像中生成对应的对比增强CT影像,并改进网络引入感知特...
