异机局部PET/MR影像融合对于 18 F-FDGPET/CT在原发性肝癌诊断及术后随访中的增益价值

第一部分异机局部PET/MR影像融合对于18F-FDG PET/CT在原发性肝癌诊断中的增益价值目的:探讨异机局部PET/MR影像融合对于18F-FDG PET/CT在原发性肝癌诊断中的增益价值。方法:回顾性分析31例临床可疑肝癌且2周内均行18F-FDG PET/CT及MR检查的患者的相关资料,并经GE Discovery STE16 PET/CT AW4.6后处理工作站,将PET/CT及MR进行异机融合获得异机PET/MR影像,分别对三种影像独立阅片并与临床、病理诊断对照。按肿块的直径将31例患者分为小肝癌(直径≤3cm)和大肝癌(直径>3cm)两组,分别对比分析异机PET/MR与MR及PET/CT对两组肝癌的诊断价值。结果:31例患者中大肝癌组18例,小肝癌组13例。大肝癌组临床及病理诊断原发性肝癌16例,肝脏转移瘤1例,血管瘤1例。MR对大肝癌诊断的敏感度、阳性预测值及准确性与PET/CT均相同,分别为100%、94.1%、94.4%;异机PET/MR对大肝癌诊断的敏感度、阳性预测值及准确性均为100%。异机PET/MR与PET/CT对大肝癌诊断的一致性尚可(Kappa ...
