miR-342-3p对肝细胞癌糖酵解的调控作用与机制的研究

肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是肝脏最常见的恶性肿瘤,在世界范围内普遍流行,最新的流行病学调查显示,其发病率位于所有恶性肿瘤中第五位,肿瘤致死性疾病中第三位,并且发病率具有一定的性别差异,于男性中排名第三位,女性中第八位。HCC生长速度快、恶性程度高,常伴有血管侵犯、肝内及肝外转移、治疗后复发等,预后差,其5年生存率仅仅为3%-25%,严重危害着人类的健康。目前仍未完全阐明HCC的发病机制,因此,探究新的分子靶点及信号通路具有重要的科研及临床意义。Micro RNAs(miRNAs)是一类单链的,长度约为14-24个核苷酸,非编码的小RNA片段,可以特异性结合至靶基因的3’末端非翻译区(3’end of the untranslated regions,3’-UTR),导致靶基因的降解或抑制靶基因的翻译,从而调控多个生理及病理过程,例如细胞增殖、周期、分化、凋亡等基本生命过程。大量的研究结果显示,miRNA在肿瘤的发生发展过程中扮演了促癌或抑癌的角色,miRNA的功能失调会影响肿瘤的发生及进展。miRNA可能成为肿瘤诊断、治疗的一个潜在的小分子生物...
