完全腹腔镜胃癌根治术83例临床疗效分析

[目 的]完全腹腔镜胃癌根治术（Totally Laparoscopic Gastrectomy,TLG）是时下较热门的胃癌微创手术,多数研究针对TLG治疗早期胃癌（Early Gastric Cancer,EGC）的疗效进行了探索,关于TLG术式的安全性、临床疗效、消化道重建策略等方面争议颇多。本文旨在根据本团队的初步经验,探讨和总结TLG在治疗进展期胃癌（Advaned Gastric Cancer,AGC）中的临床疗效和手术体会。[方 法]收集本团队在2016年6月初至2019年10月底之间接受TLG手术的83例患者的临床资料,主要统计内容包括患者的术前、术中、术后预后情况、病理资料等。[结 果]本研究中83例胃癌患者接受TLG,其中69例接受完全腹腔镜远端胃切除术（Totally Laparoscopic Distal Gastrectomy,TLDG）,采用线性吻合器法进行Billroth II式重建;14例接受完全腹腔镜全胃切除术（Totally Laparoscopic Total Gastrectomy,TLTG）,采用纯手工缝合法进行Roux-en-Y式重建。在TLD...
