多聚嘧啶区结合蛋白1（PTBP1）在选择性剪接、糖酵解和肿瘤发生中的作用（英文）

　　多聚嘧啶区结合蛋白1（PTBP1）在多种疾病,尤其是在某些癌症中发挥作用。为明确PTBP1在人体的生物学功能,本文汇总了调控PTBP1相关的mi RNA、长链非编码RNA（lnc RNA）和RNA结合蛋白。另外,我们重点阐述了PTBP1充当糖酵解、细胞凋亡、增殖、肿瘤发生、侵袭和迁移的调节剂,并为制定有用的癌症治疗策略做出了潜在贡献。
