益元灸治疗不完全性脊髓损伤后膀胱功能障碍的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察益元灸对不完全性脊髓损伤后膀胱功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将40例不完全性脊髓损伤后膀胱功能障碍的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组均20例。两组患者均给予常规康复训练,治疗组在此基础上加用益元灸20min/次,1次/天,6d/周,共8周。分别于治疗前后采用彩超监测两组患者膀胱容量、残余尿量,并于8周后对两组进行疗效分析。结果:治疗结束时彩超结果显示:两组患者的膀胱容量及残余尿量均较治疗前有所改善,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05),治疗8周后对两组疗效分析显示:对照组有效率55%,治疗组有效率90%,两组相比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:益元灸是一种能够改善不完全性脊髓损伤患者的膀胱容量及残余尿量,减少并发症,促进膀胱功能恢复的有效疗法。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiyuan moxibustion on bladder dysfunction after incomplete spinal cord injury. Methods: 40 patients with bladder dysfunction after incomplete spinal cord injury were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 20 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine rehabilitation training. On the basis of this, the treatment group was added 20min/ times, 1 times / day and 6d/ weeks for 8 weeks. The volume of bladder and residual urine of the two groups were monitored by color Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment, and the curative effect was analyzed in the two groups after 8 weeks. Results: the results showed that ultrasound at the end of treatment: the bladder capacity and residual urine volume in two groups of patients were better than before treatment in the treatment group than the control group (P0.05), after 8 weeks of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups showed: the control group was 55%, the effective rate of treatment group 90%, two groups compared to the significant the difference (P0.05). Conclusion: Yiyuan moxibustion is an effective therapy to improve bladder volume and residual urine volume, reduce complications and promote bladder function recovery in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury.
