【摘要】:慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF),是发生在各种慢性肾脏疾病基础上缓慢出现的慢性肾功能减退直至衰竭的一种临床综合征。慢性肾衰的主要表现为多种代谢障碍及由于代谢产物潴留所产生的各种症状。慢性肾衰病情复杂,难以逆转,到后期往往变证丛生,进而危及患者生命。导师董志刚从事肾脏疾病诊疗二十多年,对慢性肾衰的诊断及治疗积累了颇多经验。导师认为慢性肾功能衰竭病程绵长,除了有正气虚损,还有邪浊内蕴,属本虚标实,虚实夹杂之证。肺脾肾功能虚损,气化无权,水湿内停,郁而化热,导致湿热内蕴是慢性肾衰的基本病机。湿热为慢性肾衰病理变化的重要产物及重要致病因素之一,湿热弥漫上、中、下三焦为慢性肾衰湿热内蕴的主要表现,因此董师运用古法,以分消走泄为主,使三焦湿热之邪各寻其路而出,在改善患者的临床症状及保护残存肾功、延缓病情恶化等方面取得了较好疗效。
[Abstract]:Chronic renal failure (CRF) is a clinical syndrome of chronic renal dysfunction that occurs slowly on the basis of various chronic renal diseases. The main manifestations of chronic renal failure are a variety of metabolic disorders and various symptoms caused by retention of metabolites. Chronic renal failure is complicated and difficult to reverse. In the later period, it often turns to cluster and endanger the patient's life. Dong Zhigang, who has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease for more than 20 years, has accumulated a lot of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic renal failure. The tutor thinks that the course of chronic renal failure is long, in addition to the positive gas deficiency and the cloudy implication, it is the evidence of the virtual reality and the false and real inclusion. The deficiency of the lung and spleen and kidney function, the vaporization of the right, the water wet stop, the depression and the heat, causing the moisture and heat accumulation is the basic pathogenesis of the chronic renal failure. One of the most important products of the heat for the chronic renal failure and pathological changes of important pathogenic factors, mainly damp heat, the diffuse for chronic renal failure with damp heat, so Dong used the method, to fire relief, the triple energizer damp heat evil all find their way out, the clinical symptoms and change protection good for patients with residual renal function, delaying disease progression and achieved good curative effect.
