刘氏小儿推拿配合焦氏头针治疗伴轻度智力障碍脑瘫患儿的疗效

【摘要】:目的:观察刘氏小儿推拿配合焦氏头针对伴轻度智力障碍脑瘫患儿智力发育的影响。为临床治疗小儿脑瘫,改善智力发育提供科学的依据。方法:将80例伴轻度智力障碍脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例,在基础治疗的基础上治疗组采用刘氏小儿推拿配合焦氏头针,对照组在基础治疗的基础上采用普通推拿配合焦氏头针。两组治疗1次/日,6次/周,4周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,两疗程间休息7天。两组分别于治疗前及治疗3个疗程后采用GDDS、BSID和GMFM进行康复评定。结果:1.GDDS各能区发育商:两组患儿治疗前后比较,DQ、适应性、大运动、精细动作、语言、个人-社交五大能区差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患儿治疗后比较,DQ及适应性、大运动、精细动作、语言、个人-社交五大能区差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),说明治疗组在DQ及五大能区改善方面明显优于对照组。2.BSID智力与运动指数:两组患儿治疗前后比较智力粗分、指数和运动粗分、指数差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患儿治疗后比较,智力粗分、指数和运动粗分、指数差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),说明治疗组在智力及运动改善方面明显优于对照组。3.GMFM比较:两组患儿治疗前后比较卧位与翻身、坐位、爬与跪、站立、行、走、跑、跳差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患儿治疗后比较,卧位与翻身、坐位、爬与跪等粗大运动差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),站立、行、走、跑、跳等粗大运动差异具无统计学意义(P0.05),说明治疗组在卧位与翻身、坐位、爬与跪等粗大运动改善方面明显优于对照组。4.临床疗效:治疗组总有效率94.12%;对照组总有效率80.56%,两组疗效之间,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),说明治疗组在临床疗效方面明显优于对照组。结论:1.刘氏小儿推拿配合焦氏头针疗法和常规推拿配合焦氏头针疗法均可以改善伴轻度智力障碍脑瘫患儿的DQ以及适应性、粗大运动、精细动作、语言、个人-社交能区、智力、运动、卧位与翻身、坐位、爬与跪、站立、行、走、跑、跳的发育情况,而且刘氏小儿推拿配合焦氏头针疗法在改善DQ、五大能区、智力、运动、卧位与翻身、坐位、爬与跪发育方面明显优于常规推拿配合焦氏头针疗法。2.刘氏小儿推拿配合焦氏头针可以提高脑瘫患儿智力,改善临床症状,增强康复效果,提高生活和生存的质量,其疗效确切,为小儿脑瘫的治疗提供了思路,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Liu's pediatric massage combined with Jiao's head on intelligence development in children with mild cerebral palsy. Methods: 80 children with mild cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). On the basis of basic treatment, the treatment group was treated with Liu's pediatric massage combined with Jiao's scalp acupuncture, while the control group was treated with ordinary massage combined with Jiao's scalp acupuncture on the basis of basic treatment. Four weeks as a course of treatment, a total of 3 courses of treatment, the two courses of rest between 7 days. The two groups were treated before and after treatment of three courses of GDDS. BSID and GMFM were evaluated for rehabilitation. Results 1. Development quotient of GDDS energy region: the two groups were compared before and after treatment with DQ, adaptability, large motor, fine movement and language. The difference of the five energy regions between individuals and social groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the difference of DQ and adaptability, large motor, fine movement, language, personal and social interaction were statistically significant (P 0.05). The results showed that the improvement of DQ and five energy areas in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group. 2. BSID intelligence and motor index: the two groups of children before and after treatment compared the intelligence gross score, index and exercise gross score. The index difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups in intelligence gross score, index and motor gross score, and index difference (P 0.05). The improvement of intelligence and movement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group. 3. GMFM comparison: the two groups of children before and after treatment compared with lying position, sitting position, climbing and kneeling, standing, walking, running. The jump difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Two groups of children after treatment, lying and turning over, sitting, climbing and kneeling and other coarse movement differences were statistically significant (P 0.05), standing, walking, walking, running. There was no statistical significance in the difference of the coarse exercise such as jumping, indicating that the treatment group was in the supine position and the turn over position and the sitting position. The improvement of coarse movement such as climbing and kneeling was obviously better than that of control group .4.Clinical effect: the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.12; The total effective rate of the control group was 80.56.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment group is superior to the control group in clinical effect. 1. Liu's pediatric massage combined with Jiao's scalp acupuncture therapy and routine massage combined with Jiao's head acupuncture therapy can improve DQ and adaptability of children with mild cerebral palsy. Gross movement, fine movement, language, personal-social energy zone, intelligence, movement, lying and turning, sitting position, climbing and kneeling, standing, walking, running, jumping development. And Liu's Pediatric Massage combined with Jiao's scalp acupuncture therapy can improve DQ, five energy areas, intelligence, movement, lying position and turning over, sitting position. Climbing and kneeling development is obviously superior to the routine massage combined with Jiao's head acupuncture therapy. 2. Liu's pediatric massage combined with Jiao's head acupuncture can improve the intelligence of children with cerebral palsy, improve clinical symptoms, and enhance the effect of rehabilitation. To improve the quality of life and life, the curative effect is definite, which provides a way of thinking for the treatment of cerebral palsy in children and is worth popularizing in clinic.
