【摘要】：目的：通过研究《金匮要略》攻法的应用规律,揭开仲景运用攻法的内在规律,加深对攻法应用规律及原则的理解,有利于指导临床治疗,提高临床治疗效果。方法：采用文献研究的方法,探讨仲景《金匮要略》攻法应用的思想渊源,并将《金匮要略》中有关攻法的方证根据《黄帝内经》提出的治疗原则分为因势利导和非因势利导两大类,从中归纳出《金匮要略》中攻法应用的规律。结果：《金匮要略》攻法思想来源于《黄帝内经》,张仲景所提出的应用于疾病的攻法证治和方药与《内经》的治法思想相符和。结论：通过对仲景《金匮要略》攻法应用规律的研究,可以得出以下认识：(1)《金匮要略》中体现攻法的方剂可治疗多种疾病,其攻法的理论基础来源于《黄帝内经》,并遵循其治疗原则。(2)《金匮要略》在运用攻法祛除邪气时,首先考虑到了邪气的病位及病性,找到最快捷的通路、最有效的方式以祛邪外出,即所谓的因势利治则指导下的攻法,就近祛邪。(3)若因条件限制,人体生理结构、邪气性质、邪气留置程度较深和发病原因等影响,不能应用因势利导治则下的攻法,可采用非因势利导下的攻法以祛除邪气。(4)《金匮要略》中攻法的应用极其谨慎,对攻法应用规律从各方证中均有体现。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the application law of attacking method in synopsis of Golden Chamber, uncover the internal law of Zhongjing's application of attack method, and deepen the understanding of application law and principle of attacking method, which is helpful to guide clinical treatment. Methods: the method of literature study was used to explore the ideological origin of the application of Zhongjing synopsis of synopsis of Golden Chamber. In the synopsis of synopsis of the Golden Chamber, the prescription and syndromes of attacking method were divided into two categories according to the therapeutic principles proposed by Huangdi Classic. The law of the application of the attack method in synopsis of the Golden Chamber was summed up. Results: the thought of attacking method came from the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine. Conclusion: through the study of the law of attack in Zhongjing synopsis of Golden Chamber, the law of application of attacking method is studied. In synopsis of synopsis of the Golden Chamber, the prescription of attacking method can treat many diseases, and the theoretical basis of attacking method is from "Huangdi Nei Jing". And follow its treatment principle.) "synopsis of Golden Chamber" in the use of attack method to remove evil qi, first of all to consider the disease of evil and disease, to find the fastest way, the most effective way to go out. That is, the so-called method of attack under the guidance of the principle of snobbery, the nearest dispelling evil. 3) if the condition is restricted, the physiological structure of the human body, the nature of the evil gas, the depth of the detaining degree of the evil gas and the cause of the disease, and so on. We can not apply the attack method under the principle of favorable guidance in accordance with the situation, but can use the attack method under the unfavorable guidance in order to dispel the evil spirit. 4) the application of the attack method in synopsis of the Golden Chamber is extremely cautious, and the law of the application of the attack method can be reflected in all kinds of syndromes.
