脐疗对排卵障碍性不孕症患者症状和排卵率的影响

【摘要】：目的:此研究以排卵障碍性不孕症患者为研究对象,以隔药灸脐法为主要治疗方法,以口服西药克罗米芬为对照,以中医症状评分量表和排卵率为观察指标,采用双盲、随机、对照的研究方法,观察脐疗对于排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效,为脐疗的进一步科学研究并推广利用提供依据。方法:将40名排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。治疗组采用隔药灸脐法,对照组口服克罗米芬。观察分析两组患者中医症状评分量表和排卵率的情况,比较两组之间差异是否有统计学意义。结果:中医症状积分方面:治疗组与对照组治疗前后对比均具有统计学意义(P0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组相比较具有统计学意义(P0.05),两组积分较治疗前均有所下降且治疗组中的月经量少、带下、腰膝酸软、精神不振、畏寒肢冷等中医症状积分的下降的情况较对照组表现的更加显著。中医证候疗效评定方面:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为95%、70%。经统计学分析,两组有效率比较有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。在排卵率方面:两组治疗后经统计学处理,无统计学意义(P0.05),说明隔药灸脐法与西药克罗米芬疗效相当。结论:(1)在排卵率方面,隔药灸脐法与克罗米芬疗效相当。(2)在改善中医症状方面,隔药灸脐法明显优于克罗米芬。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the anovulatory infertility patients as the research object, the main treatment method to navel, with oral clomiphene citrate as the control, based on traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and ovulation rate was observed by double blind, randomized, control study, to observe the clinical curative effect for anovulatory umbilical therapy infertility, provide the basis for further scientific research and navel promotion. Methods: 40 patients with anovulatory infertility were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The treatment group used the navel, control group was treated with clomiphene. Of the two groups of patients with TCM symptom score scale and the ovulation rate were observed and compared between the two groups the difference is statistically significant. Results: the scores of TCM symptoms were statistically significant compared with the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment (P0.05); compared with before treatment, The two groups after treatment compared with statistical significance (P0.05), the two groups compared with before treatment were decreased and the treatment group in menstruation, leucorrhea, Yaoxisuanruan, lassitude, aversion to cold, TCM symptom score decreased compared with the control group showed more significant. Evaluation of efficacy of TCM syndrome: the treatment group and control group was respectively 95%, 70%. by statistical analysis, the efficiency of the two groups had significant difference, with statistical significance (P0.05). The ovulation rate: after treatment in the two groups after statistical treatment, no statistical significance (P0.05), indicating quite navel and curative effect of clomiphene citrate conclusion: (1) in the ovulation rate, a navel and clomiphene treatment. (2) in the improvement of TCM symptoms, navel is better than clomiphene.
