【摘要】：目的观察靳三针配合康复训练治疗精神发育迟缓的临床疗效。方法将72例精神发育迟缓患者随机分为治疗组37例和对照组35例。对照组采用常规康复训练治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用靳三针针刺治疗。采用盖塞尔(Gesell)发育商量表中文修订版观察两组治疗前后大运动、精细运动、语言、个人社交及适应性5个方面的改善情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后适应性、大运动、精细运动评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组治疗后大运动、精细运动评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后大运动、精细运动评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组轻度、中度患者和重度、极重度患者总有效率分别为93.1%和62.5%,对照组分别为76.9%和44.4%。两组轻度、中度患者总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论靳三针配合康复训练是一种治疗精神发育迟缓的有效方法 ,对轻度、中度精神发育迟缓患者大运动、精细运动及适应性改善明显。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Jin s 3-needle and rehabilitation training in the treatment of mental retardation. Methods 72 cases of patients were randomly divided into slow development spirit as the treatment group of 37 cases and 35 cases in the control group. Conclusion needling combined with rehabilitation training is an effective methods of treatment of mild mental retardation, moderate mental retardation in patients with large movement, fine motor and adaptability was improved significantly.
