【摘要】:目的建立蒙药复方述达格-4体内外特征图谱,归属并鉴定其体外化学成分及体内吸收入血成分。方法取Wistar大鼠,灌胃蒙药复方述达格-4及其各单味药有效组分,分离制备含药血清,HPLC法测定,建立蒙药复方述达格-4体外及含药血清HPLC特征图谱,分析蒙药复方述达格-4各单味药材体外及其大鼠含药血清特征图谱,比对、归属并鉴定蒙药复方述达格-4体外化学成分及口服蒙药复方述达格-4后的大鼠吸收入血成分。结果分析蒙药复方述达格-4体外HPLC特征图谱,共发现了64个峰。蒙药复方述达格-4灌胃给药后出现了23个入血成分,17个为体外成分直接入血,另外6个推测为新生代谢产物。蒙药复方述达格-4灌胃给药后出现的23个入血成分全部来源于各单味药材及全方,其中1,2,3,9,23号峰来源于高良姜;14号峰来源于木香;13号峰来源于石菖蒲;15,20,21,22号峰来源复杂,均来源于高良姜、木香、石菖蒲;6,10,17,18,19号峰来源于高良姜、石菖蒲;7,16号峰来源于高良姜、木香;11号峰来源木香、石菖蒲;4,5,8,12号峰来源于全方,并从中鉴定出7个蒙药复方述达格-4成分。结论血中成分及代谢产物可能为蒙药复方述达格-4体内直接作用的有效成分,主要来源于蒙药复方述达格-4及其各单味药。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the dagonet Mongolian compound -4 in vitro and in vivo fingerprint, belonging and identification of the chemical constituents in vitro and in vivo absorption into the blood. Methods Wistar rats, intragastric administration of the DAG Mongolian compound -4 and each single herb effective components, separation and preparation of medicated serum HPLC determination, the establishment of Mongolian medicine compound DAG -4 in vitro and serum HPLC fingerprint analysis, the DAG -4 Mongolian compound each single medicine containing serum and in vitro characteristics of rat atlas, alignment, belonging and identification of Mongolian medicine compound -4 in vitro the DAG chemical composition and oral Mongolian medicine compound the DAG after -4 rats absorbed in blood. The results of the analysis of the Mongolian medicine DAG -4 in vitro HPLC fingerprint, found a total of 64 peaks. The Mongolian compound DAG -4 intragastric administration after 23 into the blood components, the 17 components for in vitro directly into the blood, the other 6 presumed new Mongolian compound metabolites. The DAG -4 after oral administration of the 23 components into the blood from all of each herb and the whole party, the 1,2,3,9,23 peak from Gaoliangjiang; the No. 14 peak to peak 13 from costusroot; Shichangpu; 15,20,21,22 peaks are derived from complex sources, galangal, woody, Shichangpu 6,10,17,18,19; peak from galangal, Shichangpu; 7,16 peak from Rhizoma radix; the No. 11 peak woody, Shichangpu; 4,5,8,12 peak comes from the whole party, and 7 of the DAG Mongolian compound -4 components from identified constituents and metabolites. Conclusion in blood may be the effective ingredient of Mongolian medicine the DAG -4 in vivo direct action, mainly from the Mongolian compound -4 and DAG of each drug.
