食郁与冠心病关系的理论探讨

【摘要】:从食郁的中医认识、食郁可促进冠心病的发生与转化、食郁与冠心病的防治等角度,探讨食郁与冠心病病因病机证治的关系,认识食郁在冠心病产生与病机演变中的重要作用。认为食郁常有脘腹胀满等症状,患者情志忧郁、精神不振,是冠心病发生的危险因素;合理采用节食、消食、散郁、清热、疏肝、化湿等治疗方法,对冠心病的预防与治疗有着积极的意义。
[Abstract]:Know from dyspeptic medicine, food stagnation can promote the occurrence of coronary heart disease and prevention of angle transformation, food stagnation and coronary heart disease, to explore the relationship between depression and coronary heart disease etiology and food machine treatment, the importance of producing food depression in patients with coronary heart disease and the evolution of pathogenesis. That dyspeptic symptoms such as abdominal distension often patients, emotional depression, lack of energy, is a risk factor for coronary heart disease; the reasonable diet, digestion, scattered stagnation, dampness heat, liver, and other treatment methods, has a positive significance for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
