补中助长颗粒治疗学龄前ISS伴厌食症的疗效观察

【摘要】:目的观察补中助长颗粒治疗学龄前特发性矮身材(ISS)伴厌食症的临床疗效。方法将56例学龄前ISS伴厌食症患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各28例,观察组给予补中助长颗粒口服,对照组给予赖氨酸维B12颗粒口服。分别比较组内、组间治疗6月、12月患儿身高(H)、身高增长速度(GV)、身高落后标准差(Ht SDS)、体重指数(BMI)、年龄/骨龄(CA/BA)、预测成人身高(PAH);比较治疗前和治疗6月、12月患儿血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、生长激素激发试验所得生长激素峰值(GHP)的变化。制定简易厌食症候表,比较治疗12月后两组患儿厌食症状改善情况。结果治疗期间两组患儿H、BMI、CA/BA比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗12月后,观察组GV、PAH高于对照组,观察组Ht SDS低于对照组,观察组患儿血清IGF-1高于对照组,二者比较均具有显著性差异(P0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,二者比较统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗前后两组患儿GHP比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论补中助长颗粒在促进ISS患儿生长、改善患儿厌食症状方面优于赖氨酸维B12颗粒,促进ISS患儿血清IGF-1的表达可能是其作用机制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of BZF granule in treating preschool idiopathic short stature (ISS) with anorexia. Methods 56 cases of preschool ISS with anorexia were randomly divided into observation group (n = 28) and control group (n = 28). The observation group was given buzhongfen granule and the control group was given lysine vitamin B12 granule. The height of children in June and December were compared. The body mass index (BMI) and age / bone age were measured by Ht SDS, age / bone age, and the height of adults was predicted. The changes of serum insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) and growth hormone peak value (GHP) in children before treatment and June and December were compared. A simple anorexia table was established. Results during the treatment period, there was no significant difference in BMICA / BA between the two groups (P 0.05). After December, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of anorexia symptoms. The serum IGF-1 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in GHP between the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion Buzhong fueling granule can promote the growth of ISS children. The improvement of anorexia in children was better than that of lysine vitamin B 12 granules, and promoting the expression of serum IGF-1 in children with ISS might be one of its mechanisms.
