针刺治疗中风后抑郁的研究进展

【摘要】：目的中风后抑郁是中风疾病的常见并发症之一,严重影响着中风患者的后期康复。针刺疗法对中风后抑郁的治疗有着独特优势。该文从祖国医学的角度着手,浅析不同的针刺手法及方式对该病疗效的影响,了解该病的针灸学治疗现状。方法查阅近五年来针刺治疗中风后抑郁的相关文献,从不同类型针刺法及其它中医类治疗手段进行分析和总结。结果针刺治疗中风后抑郁具有简、便、效、验的特点且安全无副作用,但亦存在一些不足。撰此文以总结针刺治疗中风后抑郁的研究现况,并对存在的问题作出探析和展望。
[Abstract]:The purpose of depression after stroke is one of the common complications of stroke disease, seriously affect the rehabilitation of stroke patients. The treatment of acupuncture therapy on post stroke depression has a unique advantage. This paper from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine on effects of different acupuncture techniques and methods of the disease, understanding the disease in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment status quo of related literature review method. Acupuncture treatment of stroke depression after nearly five years, analyzed and summarized from different types of acupuncture and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The results of depression after stroke treated with acupuncture is simple, effective, inspection, and safety and no side effects, but also has some shortcomings. The purpose of this paper to summarize the research status of depression after stroke treated with acupuncture, and make analysis and prospects for the problems.
