辨证分型针刺治疗瞳神紧小（急性前葡萄膜炎）的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察辨证针刺与常规针刺治疗瞳神紧小的临床研究疗效是否有差异,前者是否优于后者。方法:利用前瞻性研究,随机分组对照的方式,观察患者共60例60眼(病例均为2014年1月~2015年7月长春中医药大学附院眼科门诊及疗区患者),并将其划分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给以辨证分型针刺配合西医常规治疗,对照组给以常规针刺配合西医常规治疗,观察对比两组治疗前后的视力改善情况、中医症候评分、治愈天数及疾病复发情况。结果:治疗后两组总有效率对比,治疗组为96.67%,对照组为80%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗前后视力改善情况差异不具有统计学意义(P0.05),中医症候评分差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治愈病例中复发率对比差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:针刺联合辨证分型选穴治疗瞳神紧小的效果优于常规选穴针刺治疗,可以有效改善眼部症状、缩短疗程、延缓该病复发。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe whether there is a difference in the curative effect between acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation and routine acupuncture in the treatment of small mydriasis, and whether the former is superior to the latter. Methods: a prospective study was conducted and a randomized controlled study was conducted. A total of 60 cases (60 eyes) were observed. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group from January 2014 to July 2015. The treatment group was treated with syndrome differentiation acupuncture combined with western medicine routine treatment, the control group was given routine acupuncture combined with western medicine routine treatment, observation and comparison of the two groups before and after treatment of visual acuity improvement, TCM syndrome score. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate was 96.67 in the treatment group and 80 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The difference of visual acuity before and after treatment was not statistically significant (P 0.05), but the difference of TCM symptom score was statistically significant (P 0.05). The difference of recurrence rate in cured cases was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of acupuncture combined with syndrome differentiation in the treatment of mydriasis is better than that of conventional acupuncture. Can effectively improve eye symptoms, shorten the course of treatment, delay the recurrence of the disease.
