脑心通胶囊治疗缺血性心肌病的临床研究

【摘要】：目的观察脑心通胶囊治疗缺血性心肌病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将86例缺血性心肌病患者随机分为对照组43例和试验组43例。对照组予以血管紧张素受体拮抗药、利尿药及洋地黄等常规基础治疗;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,予以脑心通1.6 g,tid,口服。2组患者均治疗6个月。比较2组患者的临床疗效、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室射血分数(LVEF)以及药物不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.37%(38/43例)和72.09%(31/43例),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,对照组和试验组的左心室舒张末期内径分别为(33.16±6.43)和(27.98±5.62)mm,收缩末期内径分别为(53.23±5.39)和(47.36±1.56)mm,LVEF分别为(47.44±5.73)%和(57.61±5.12)%,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。试验组的药物不良反应有恶心和呕吐,对照组的药物不良反应有恶心、呕吐和腹泻。试验组与对照组的药物不良反应发生率分别为6.98%和9.30%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊治疗改善缺血性心肌病的临床疗效确切,可显著改善患者的心功能,且不增加药物不良反应的发生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Naoxintong capsule in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods 86 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into control group (n = 43) and experimental group (n = 43). Body antagonists. Diuretics, digitalis and other routine basic treatment; The experimental group was treated with Naoxintong 1.6 g / d on the basis of the control group and treated for 6 months in the oral .2 group. The clinical efficacy and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were compared between the two groups. Left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and adverse drug reactions. The total effective rates of the test group and the control group were 88.37 and 72.09, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the control group and the experimental group were 33.16 卤6.43) and 27.98 卤5.62 mm respectively. The end systolic diameters were 53.23 卤5.39) and 47.36 卤1.56 mm respectively. LVEF was 47.44 卤5.73% and 57.61 卤5.12%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The adverse drug reactions in the test group were nausea and vomiting. The adverse drug reactions in the control group were nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the trial group and the control group were 6.98% and 9.30% respectively. Conclusion Naoxintong capsule is effective in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy, it can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients, and does not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
