【摘要】：目的:围绕运动功能,运用概念模型建模七步法,构建运动功能中医概念模型。本研究旨在提取中医学和康复医学领域中描述运动功能的特征性概念术语,借此整合散在的中医运动功能信息,形成完整而又关联的中医康复学知识体系的一部分,规范中医康复学运动功能障碍名词,为中医康复学的学科建设和临床应用提供术语支持。方法:使用建模七步法。(1)查考文献中关于运动功能及其障碍的相关认识。(2)借鉴《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF),依据中医学理论,构建运动功能中医概念模型框架。(3)制定术语抽取原则,从词表、词典和专著中抽取相关的术语,进行术语的整理、规范、归类,定义概念词,并进行概念词属性的完善。(4)学习、借鉴一体化医学语言系统的语义关系,设置一级类目之间的关系。(5)使用小组讨论、专家咨询和专家函调,对框架进行反复验证、修改和完善。结果:(1)理清中医运动功能与五体、脏腑系统、经络系统、精气血津液的关系。(2)构建中医康复学知识领域下的运动功能概念模型框架。借鉴《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》并依据中医理论,构建包含身体功能、身体结构、活动和参与、影响因素和干预手段在内的5个一级类目和包括五体功能、脏腑系统功能、经络系统功能等18个二级类目,形成四级层级结构;根据运动功能内涵进行中医运动功能概念术语的抽取,采用"概念词-术语"的模式进行概念术语的规范、整合,并进行概念属性的完善,共提取7114个术语,最终规范为5014个概念词;借鉴了一体化语言系统的13种关系,并设置一级类目间"导致"、"分析"、"诊断"、"预防"、"治疗"等关系。结论:本研究所针对的运动功能为中医领域下的躯体运动功能,即中医五体的功能:皮、肉、筋、骨、脉,它们构成人体躯干和四肢的基本结构,是中医人体的四种层次,脉则是纵横贯穿于其余四体之间。中医运动功能与脏腑系统、经络系统和精气血津液密切相关:脏腑系统是调控中心,经络系统是联络系统,精气血津液则是物质和能量基础。(2)所构建的概念模型紧密围绕中医运动功能的内涵,具有中医康复学特色,同时将现代康复医学的概念有机地纳入以中医理论为指导的概念模型中,以模型的形式进行中医运动功能的知识组织,初步规范中医运动功能部分概念术语的整理,为中医康复医学信息化的建设和应用奠定基础。
[Abstract]:Objective: on the motor function, using the concept of modeling seven steps to construct the motion function of traditional Chinese concept model. (5) the use of group discussion, expert consultation and questionnaire, repeated verification of the framework, revise and perfect. Results: (1) clarify Chinese medicine motor function and five body, viscera system, meridian system, relationship between the Qi blood and fluid. (2) the construction of TCM rehabilitation framework model of motor function concept of knowledge fields. Referring to < international classification function, disability and Health > and on the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, which includes the function of the body, the body structure, activity and participation, influencing factors and the intervention, one of the 5 categories and five body functions, viscera system function, meridian system function 18 two categories, the formation of four level structure; according to the motion function connotation of traditional Chinese sports function concept of term extraction, mining The concept of term "concept word - the term" pattern, integration, perfect and concept attribute, extracted a total of 7114 terms, the final specification for the 5014 concepts of words; the relationship between the 13 language reference integration system, and set up a category between the "cause", "analysis", "diagnosis", "prevention", "treatment". Conclusion: the motor function of this study as the body movement function of medicine under the medicine of five body function: skin, flesh, bone, tendons, veins, they constitute the basic structure of the human torso and limbs, four levels of human body in traditional Chinese Medicine pulse, is permeated with the rest four aspect. The function and system of TCM viscera meridian system and qi movement, blood and fluid system is closely related to viscera meridian system is the center of regulation, contact system, Qi blood and fluid is the material and energy. (2) the concept of building a model focusing on Chinese Sports The function of the connotation of TCM rehabilitation has characteristics, while the organic concept of modern rehabilitation medicine into the conceptual model of the Chinese medicine theory of knowledge organization of traditional Chinese sports function by models, preliminary norms of traditional Chinese sports function concept and term consolidation, lay the foundation for the construction and application of TCM rehabilitation medicine information.
