【摘要】:目的观察咳变方治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法整理并总结跟师病例,选取2015年1月至2016年3月运用咳变方治疗的84例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿作为治疗组,以同时期选择常规西药治疗的41例患儿作为对照组,回顾性分析2组患儿的临床总疗效及治疗前、后肺功能指标的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率90.5%,对照组为80.5%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P0.05);2组治疗前、后用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)及最大呼气中期流速(MMEF75/25)比较,差异均有高度统计意义(P0.01),且治疗组改善幅度均大于对照组(P0.05)。结论咳变方为治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的有效方,不仅患儿依从性高,且能改善患儿的临床症状及肺功能水平,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Ke Yan Fang on cough variant asthma in children. From January 2015 to March 2016, 84 children with cough variant asthma treated with Ke Yan Fang were selected as the treatment group, and 41 children with conventional western medicine were used as the control group. Retrospective analysis of the two groups of children's clinical efficacy and changes of pulmonary function before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.5. The control group was 80.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Before and after treatment, forced vital capacity (FV), forced expiratory volume (FEV), peak expiratory flow (PEF) and MMEF75 / 25 (FVC) at 1 seconds were compared between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant, and the improvement range of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P0.050.Conclusion Ke Yan Fang is an effective prescription for the treatment of cough variant asthma in children. It not only has high compliance, but also can improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of children.
