小儿清热止咳糖浆治疗小儿肺炎临床研究

【摘要】：目的观察小儿清热止咳糖浆佐治小儿肺炎的临床疗效及相关机制。方法 96例肺炎患儿随机平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予小儿清热止咳糖浆。比较两组临床疗效,并用ELISA法检测两组患儿治疗前后的血清肿瘤坏死因子-α水平。结果治疗后观察组和对照组有效率分别为91.7%和81.3%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。但观察组患儿热退时间、肺部Up音改善时间均少于对照组(P0.05),咳嗽改善时间显著少于对照组(P0.01)。治疗后两组患儿血清TNFα水平均显著低于治疗前(P0.01),且治疗后观察组患儿血清TNFα水平较对照组降低更明显(P0.01)。结论小儿清热止咳糖浆能提高小儿肺炎治疗临床疗效,发热、咳嗽及肺部Up音等症状体征改善时间明显缩短。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect and related mechanism of children with pneumonia treated with Xiaoer Qingre Zhike syrup. Methods 96 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and the control group was given routine therapy. Observation group on the basis of the control group on the basis of children Qingre cough syrup compared the two groups of clinical efficacy. Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor- 伪 were measured by ELISA method before and after treatment. Results the effective rates of observation group and control group were 91.7% and 81.3% respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but the time of heat withdrawal and the improvement time of lung up sound in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The improvement time of cough was significantly shorter than that of control group (P 0.01). After treatment, the serum TNF 伪 level in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P 0.01). The serum TNF 伪 level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion Xiaoer Qingre Zhike syrup can improve the clinical efficacy and fever of children with pneumonia. The improvement time of symptoms and signs such as cough and lung up sound was shortened obviously.
