【摘要】：耳鸣为公认的难治性疾病,在临床屡见不鲜,多从肝、肾入手治疗。笔者在治疗耳鸣时,经过辨证喜从心论治,当患者左侧寸口脉象出现异常时,尤其适合从心论治,往往能取得良好效果。查阅分析古籍文献,发现心假经络开窍于耳,肾为耳之主,心为耳之客,与肾共同主耳之能,心肾功能正常则耳聪能听。心脏分泌的心房利钠多肽(ANP),其受体在耳部有广泛分布,具有增加耳蜗血流量的作用。本文主要探析心与耳之间的联系,为中医由心论治耳鸣提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Tinnitus is recognized as a refractory disease, in clinical common occurrence, more from the liver, kidney treatment. The author in the treatment of tinnitus, after syndrome differentiation from the heart treatment, when the left cubit of patients with abnormal mouth pulse. Especially suitable for treatment from the heart, often can achieve good results. Looking up and analyzing the ancient literature, we found that the heart false meridian orifices in the ear, the kidney is the main ear, the heart is the object of the ear, and the common ability of the kidney. Normal heart and kidney function is audible. The ANPP secreted by the heart is widely distributed in the ear and has the effect of increasing the blood flow in the cochlea. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the heart and the ear. To provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of tinnitus by heart.
