针刺左侧丘墟穴对脑梗死急性期患者心率变异性的影响

【摘要】：目的:应用心率变异记录仪,记录针刺脑梗死急性期患者左侧丘墟穴不同时段的心率变异性时域及频域指标的变化,探究针刺左侧丘墟穴对心脏自主神经功能的具体调整作用,以指导临床更加准确合理的选穴。方法:随机选取30名符合本次实验纳入标准的脑梗死急性期患者。在入组患者平静状态下,连接medilog@AR12心率变异记录仪,记录针刺左侧丘墟穴前5min、针刺时、留针时、出针时及出针后5分钟5个时间点的心率变异各指标(TP、LF、HF、LogLF/HF、RMSSD、SDNN)的变化,分析其变异情况。结果:1.HRV时域指标:RMSSD、SDNN在五个时间点间比较,数值变化不明显(P0.05)。2.HRV频域指标:TP在针刺前与针刺时、留针时、出针时、出针后比较显著降低(P0.05);LogHF在针刺前与针刺时、留针时、出针时、出针后比较显著降低(P0.05);LF在留针时与针刺前比较,数值变化明显降低(P0.05);LogLF/HF在针刺前与针刺时、留针时、出针时、出针后比较显著升高(P0.05)。结论:1.针刺左侧丘墟穴可以降低总的心脏自主神经功能;2.针刺左侧丘墟穴可以降低脑梗死急性期患者迷走神经活性;3.针刺左侧丘墟穴可以提高交感神经与迷走神经张力的平衡性;4.针刺左侧丘墟穴对自主神经的影响有一定的后遗效应。
[Abstract]:Objective: to record the changes of time-domain and frequency-domain indexes of heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with acute cerebral infarction at different periods of time by using heart rate variability recorder (HRV). To explore the specific effect of acupuncture at left Qiu Hui on cardiac autonomic nervous function. Methods: 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction who met the criteria of this study were randomly selected. Medilog@AR12 heart rate variability recorder was used to record the time of acupuncture at left Qiu Hui (5 min), acupuncture (5 min) and needle retention (P < 0.05). The changes of heart rate variability (HRV) at five time points (5 minutes after the injection) and the changes of TPLFLF / RMSSDNNs. Results: 1. HRV time domain index: RMSSD SDNN was compared among five time points. The change of numerical value was not obvious (P 0.05). 2. The frequency domain index of HRV: 1: TP was significantly decreased before and after acupuncture, when the needle was kept and when the needle was out. LogHF before and during acupuncture, when the needle was retained, and when the needle was out, the P0.05U was significantly decreased after the needle was given. Compared with that before acupuncture, the value of LF decreased significantly (P 0.05). Before and after acupuncture, LogLF/HF significantly increased P0.05 after acupuncture. Conclusion: 1. Acupuncture at left Qiu Hui can decrease the total autonomic nervous function of the heart. 2.Acupuncture at left Qiu Hui can decrease the vagus nerve activity in patients with acute cerebral infarction. 3.Acupuncture at left Qiu Hui can improve the balance between sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve tension. 4. The effect of acupuncture at left Qiu Hui on autonomic nervous system has certain sequelae effect.
