川芎清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛（风湿蒙蔽，瘀血阻滞证）多中心临床观察及疗效分析

【摘要】：目的:通过对川芎清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛(风湿蒙蔽,瘀血阻滞证)的临床观察,以客观评价其临床疗效特点及安全性。方法:通过采用多中心,大样本,观察性研究的方法,对经中医辨证为风湿蒙蔽,瘀血阻滞型偏头痛的496例患者,服用川芎清脑颗粒,进行用药前后自身对照,疗程为2周。观察其头痛发作次数,起效时间,停药2月后随访头痛发作程度等方面的改善率。结果:481例偏头痛患者经过川芎清脑颗粒治疗2周后,头痛发作次数未见明显变化,但头痛发作程度(VAS评分)及头痛发作天数均低于治疗前水平,且差异有统计学意义(P0.05);病程≤4年的患者,停药2个月后无头痛发作累积百分比70%;患者服药第5天,药物累积起效率为54.1%;评价期内,药物平均起效时间为2.36小时;且患者服用止痛药暴露程度明显减少,且差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:川芎清脑颗粒可显著减轻患者头痛发作程度,具有起效时间短的特点,且无明显不良反应,安全性好,值得在临床中推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chuanxiong Qingnao granule in the treatment of migraine (rheumatism masking, blood stasis block syndrome). The method of observational study was to take Chuanxiong Qingnao granule in 496 cases of migraine with syndrome differentiation of rheumatism and ecchymosis. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. The improvement rate of headache attack frequency, onset time and follow-up after February were observed. Results: one hundred and eighty-one migraine patients were treated with Chuanxiong Qingnao granule for 2 weeks.
