原明忠滋潜通脉汤对原发性高血压（阴虚阳亢证）Hcy、hs-CRP的影响

【摘要】：目的通过观察原明忠滋潜通脉汤对原发性高血压阴虚阳亢证的临床疗效,探索其降压机理及对血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的作用机制,为其治疗原发性高血压阴虚阳亢证提供可靠的临床依据。方法选取2014年7月至2015年6月,符合诊断标准、纳入标准、排出标准的60例高血压阴虚阳亢证患者,将60例入选的受试者随机分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例),两组的在性别、年龄、体重、体重指数、病程、中医证候、Hcy、hs-CRP等方面均无明显差异(P0.05)。对照组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片(施慧达),试验组在苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片(施慧达)基础上加上原明忠滋潜通脉汤,记录并比较治疗前后患者血压、中医临床症状、Hcy、hs-CRP的变化。结果在降压方面:试验组的总有效率(90%)与对照组总有效率(70%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),说明试验组的降压效果较对照组明显;在临床疗效方面:试验组的有效率(90%)与对照组的有效率(53.33%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),说明试验组较对照组对临床疗效的改善明显;在Hcy方面:试验组对Hcy的降低作用较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);在hs-CRP方面:试验组对hs-CRP的降低作用较对照组明显,差异有统计学差异(P0.05)。临床应用滋潜通脉汤过程中,未发现不良反应。结论滋潜通脉汤在治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压临床疗效确切,对腰酸、膝软、五心烦热、心悸、耳鸣等中医临床症状改善明显,能明显降低Hcy及hs-CRP水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical curative effect of Yuanmingzhiqian Tongmai decoction on the syndrome of yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang in essential hypertension. To explore the mechanism of hypotension and its action on serum homocysteine (Hcyl) and Gao Min C-reactive protein (hs-CRP). To provide a reliable clinical basis for the treatment of essential hypertension syndrome of yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang. Methods selected from July 2014 to June 2015, met the diagnostic criteria and included the criteria. A total of 60 patients with high blood pressure with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Sex, age, body weight and body mass index were measured in both groups. There was no significant difference in course of disease and Hcyhs-CRP in TCM syndrome. The control group was treated with levamlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets (Shwe Huida). Experimental group on the basis of levamlodipine benzenesulfonic acid tablets (Shwe Da) added Yuanming Zhongzi Qiantongmai decoction to record and compare the blood pressure of patients before and after treatment, Chinese medicine clinical symptoms of Hcy. Results in terms of lowering blood pressure: the total effective rate of the trial group was 90) and the total effective rate of the control group was 70), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The results showed that the antihypertensive effect of the test group was more obvious than that of the control group. In terms of clinical efficacy: the effective rate of the trial group was 90% compared with that of the control group (53.33), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The results showed that the clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. In terms of Hcy, the decrease of Hcy in the test group was more obvious than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). In the aspect of hs-CRP: the decrease of hs-CRP in the trial group was more obvious than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05. in the course of clinical application of Ziqian Tongmai decoction. Conclusion Ziqian Tongmai decoction is effective in the treatment of Yin-deficiency and Yang-hyperactivity type hypertension. It can improve the clinical symptoms of TCM such as lumbar acid, soft knee, five upset heat, palpitation, tinnitus and so on. The levels of Hcy and hs-CRP were significantly decreased.
