【摘要】：目的:本研究主要开展蚤星消肿止血散医疗机构制剂的研究,内容包括蚤星消肿止血散主要药效学研究,蚤星消肿止血散治疗疖痈的临床观察;探索一种治疗疖痈疗效可靠、经济安全的中医药剂型,为其临床推广提供理论依据。方法与结果:1主要药效学研究1.1消肿作用采用角叉菜胶造成大鼠足跖肿胀,观察蚤星消肿止血散对大鼠足跖肿胀的影响。实验结果表明:蚤星消肿止血散0.6g~1.2g·kg~(-1)能抑制角叉菜胶造成的大鼠足跖肿胀,具有消除肿胀的作用。1.2抗炎作用测量小鼠腹腔液中伊文思蓝的含量,观察蚤星消肿止血散对冰乙酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高的影响,从而了解其抗炎作用。实验结果表明:蚤星消肿止血散1g·kg~(-1)~4g·kg~(-1)能抑制冰乙酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加,具有明显抗炎作用。1.3抑制增生采用无菌棉球植入大鼠皮下造成肉芽肿模型,观察蚤星消肿止血散对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响。实验结果表明:蚤星消肿止血散对结缔组织增生有一定的抑制作用。1.4凝血机制通过测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)、凝血酶时间(TT)值,观察蚤星消肿止血散对大鼠凝血机制的影响。实验结果表明:蚤星消肿止血散对大鼠凝血机制无不良影响。1.5抗感染作用用金黄色葡萄球菌造成动物疖肿、疮疡模型,观察蚤星消肿止血散对感染疖肿、疮疡大小及血清溶菌酶含量的影响,了解药物的抗感染作用。实验结果表明:蚤星消肿止血散对金葡菌感染致疖痈、疮疡大鼠,能减轻动物中毒症状、明显减小疖肿直径、促进破溃愈合、提高感染动物血清溶菌酶含量,具有提高机体免疫功能、增强抗感染能力的作用。2临床研究通过对120例患者的临床观察表明:蚤星消肿止血散治疗疖、痈(郁火毒结型,湿热毒蕴型)具有很好的临床疗效,总有效率达90%以上,明显优于对照组。其在降低血白细胞、中性粒细胞百分比及疗程方面,与对照组相比无明显差别,而在改善临床症状和体征方面则明显优于对照组,能明显改善疖、痈患者肌肤红肿、q.热、疼痛等症状。蚤星消肿止血散安全有效,无不良反应,值得临床推广。结论:此次研究表明蚤星消肿止血散经过科学合理的制备,稳定安全,无毒副作用,具有清热解毒、消肿止血的功效,能够明显改善疖痈患者的临床症状。因此,开发蚤星消肿止血散医疗机构制剂对治疗疖痈有着重要意义。

It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with furuncle carbuncle. Therefore, it is of great significance for the treatment of furuncle carbuncle to develop the medical organization preparation of Xiaxing Xiazong Zhixue powder for treating furuncle and carbuncle.
