【摘要】：目的:通过对“头痛2号方”治疗血虚肝亢型慢性紧张型头痛的临床疗效观察,并且探讨该病发生的中医基本病机及辨证治疗思路,以期为该病的临床治疗提供新方法。方法:选取32例门诊患者,分为试验组(17例)服用头痛2号方以及对照组(15例)服用养血清脑颗粒,疗程30天。以患者各自的症状、体征情况为主要观察指标,评价本药对血虚肝亢型慢性紧张型头痛的疗效。结果:1.试验组的总疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。头痛2号方对改善头痛指数(P0.05)、降低焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分(P0.05)的作用均比对照组明显。2.头痛2号方明显改善患者的中医症状总分,比对照组优势明显(P0.01)。其中两组除了失眠多梦一项(P0.05)无显著差异外,在头胀痛(P0.05)、头晕头昏(P0.05)、心烦易怒(P0.01)、遇劳加重(P0.05)、纳呆食少(P0.05)几个方面都有不同程度的改善。3.治疗期间暂未发现药物不良反应和毒副作用。结论:头痛2号方能有效缓解头痛,减少紧张、焦虑情绪,改善伴随症状,且具有较高的安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of "headache No. 2" on chronic tension-type headache with hyperactivity of liver due to deficiency of blood, and to explore the basic pathogenesis of the disease and the thinking of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Methods: 32 outpatients were divided into trial group (n = 17) and control group (n = 15). The course of treatment was 30 days. The symptoms and signs of the patients were taken as the main observation index. To evaluate the curative effect of this medicine on chronic tension headache with hyperactivity of liver due to deficiency of blood. Results the total curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). The effect of reducing SAS score and SDS score were significantly higher than that of the control group. 2. The total score of TCM symptom was improved by "headache No.2" prescription. There was no significant difference between the two groups except insomnia and dreamy (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the pain of head pain (P0.05A), dizziness and dizziness (P0.05). Perturbed and irritable, P0.01and aggravated by labor (P0.05). Drug adverse reactions and side effects have not been found during the treatment. Conclusion: headache No.2 can effectively relieve headache and reduce tension. Anxiety, improvement of accompanying symptoms, and high safety.
