独活寄生汤联合刺络放血法治疗老年膝关节炎临床疗效及安全性研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨独活寄生汤联合刺络放血法治疗老年膝关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:研究对象病例均为本院诊断及治疗的老年膝关节炎患者112例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组56例予以西医治疗;研究组56例予以独活寄生汤联合刺络放血法治疗,评定WOMAC疼痛量表评分,检测血清及关节液细胞因子变化,同时对比临床疗效及并发症。结果:对照组临床有效率76.79%与研究组临床有效率91.07%数据对比,有差异(P0.05);相对于治疗前,两组治疗后疼痛评分、关节僵硬评分、生理功能评分及总分均显著降低,治疗后血清及关节液IL-1、TNF-α水平均降低,关节液CTX-Ⅱ水平均升高,有差异(P0.05);相对于对照组,研究组治疗后疼痛评分、关节僵硬评分、生理功能评分较低,治疗后血清及关节液IL-1、TNF-α较低,关节液CTX-Ⅱ较高,有差异(P0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤联合刺络放血法治疗老年膝关节炎疗效显著,能降低炎症指标,提高膝关节活动功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Duhuzhitang combined with pricking and bleeding in treating senile knee arthritis. Methods: 112 cases of senile knee arthritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital were studied. According to the method of random digital table, 56 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine. 56 cases in the study group were treated with Duhuzhitang combined with pricking and bleeding method to evaluate the score of WOMAC pain scale and to detect the changes of cytokines in serum and joint fluid. Results: the clinical effective rate of the control group (76.79%) was compared with that of the study group (91.07%). Compared with before treatment, the pain score, joint stiffness score, physiological function score and total score were significantly decreased in both groups, and the levels of IL-1TNF- 伪 in serum and joint fluid were all decreased after treatment.
