针刺配合刺血拔罐治疗中风后肢体痉挛的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察针刺配合刺血拔罐法治疗中风后肢体痉挛(气虚血瘀型)的临床疗效,并初探其作用机制。方法:将60例中风后气虚血瘀型肢体痉挛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用针刺配合刺血拔罐法治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺法治疗,通过观察Brunnstrom分期差异和临床痉挛指数(CSI)评分差异,比较两组的总有效率和肢体痉挛改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,两组临床疗效比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组Brunnstrom分期和临床痉挛指数(CSI)治疗前后组内比较均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组Brunnstrom分期和临床痉挛指数(CSI)治疗后组间比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:针刺配合刺血拔罐法和单纯针刺法对中风后肢体痉挛(气虚血瘀型)均有改善,但前者更显著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with blood pricking and cupping in treating limb spasm (qi deficiency and blood stasis type) after stroke. Methods: 60 patients with limb spasm of Qi deficiency and blood stasis after apoplexy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with blood cupping method. In the control group, the difference of Brunnstrom staging and clinical spasticity index (CSI) score was observed. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67 and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%. There was significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups (P 0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups before and after the treatment of Brunnstrom stage and spasticity index (P 0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in Brunnstrom staging and clinical spasticity index (P 0.05) after treatment. Conclusion: acupuncture combined with blood cupping and simple acupuncture can improve limb spasm (qi deficiency and blood stasis) after stroke. But the former is more prominent.
