强直性脊柱炎家系流行病学调查和中医体质分析

【摘要】：目的:对强直性脊柱炎家系进行调查,以了解AS家系的发病特点和影响因素,分析AS发病的因素。方法:采用问卷调查和临床检查,收集AS家系成员的社会人口学、生活习惯、临床症状、中医体质等情况,进行统计分析。结果:本研究共调查了34个强直性脊柱炎家系,共计254人,其中AS患者121例,健康者133人。AS患者的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级亲属患病率分别为47.7%、43.1%、26.7%。AS患者中HLA-B27阳性率以及偏颇体质的比例明显高于AS家系中的健康人。结论:AS为高度遗传的自身免疫性疾病,其发病与HLA-B27相关,AS患者中阳虚和痰湿偏颇体质的比例较高,但其与AS发生的因果关系有待进一步论证。
