痛风1号方治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察痛风1号方治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎治疗效果。期望为临床治疗急性痛风性关节炎提供一种新的方法。方法:随机选择来自湖南中医药大学附属常德医院门诊病人急性痛风性关节炎患者共60例,根据患者就诊日期与门诊号先后顺序随机分为两组,即治疗组30例(痛风1号方组),对照组30例(痛风定胶囊组)。在基础治疗之上,治疗组服用痛风1号方,治疗7天,对照组服用痛风定胶囊,从疼痛视觉模拟评分法、中医证候积分值及相关实验室指标评估痛风1号方的疗效及安全性。结果:1.痛风1号方组与痛风定胶囊组对急性痛风关节炎的证候缓解具有良好效果,两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分值有显著性差异(p0.01),在第3天及第7天观察时点,两组间中医证候积分值比较有统计学意义(p0.05),证候缓解方面痛风1号方组优于痛风定胶囊组。2.痛风1号方组与痛风定胶囊组对急性痛风关节炎的疼痛缓解具有良好效果,两组患者治疗前后疼痛VAS评分值有显著性差异(p0.01),在第3天及第7天观察时点,两组间疼痛VAS评分值差异有统计学意义(p0.05),疼痛缓解方面痛风1号方组优于痛风定胶囊组。3.痛风1号方组与痛风定组对降低急性痛风关节炎的UA、ESR、CRP具有良好效果,痛风1号方组优于痛风定组(p0.05)。4.综合疗效痛风1号方组(93.3%)优于痛风定胶囊组(83.3%)(p0.05)。结论:痛风1号方可以有效缓解急性痛风关节炎疼痛及相关症状体征,同时具有降低UA、ESR、CRP指标的作用,降低炎症反应,改善患者临床症状且临床应用中未发现毒副作用,值得进一步研究和临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of No. 1 in the treatment of gout shireyunjiexing acute gouty arthritis. Expecting to provide a new method for the clinical treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods: randomly selected from Hunan University of Chinese Medicine affiliated Changde hospital outpatient acute gouty arthritis patients in 60 cases, according to the date of patients with outpatient has the order were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group 30 cases (gout No. 1 Fang Zu), 30 cases in the control group (Tongfengding capsule group). Conclusion: No. 1, gout It can effectively relieve pain and related symptoms and signs of acute gouty arthritis, and reduce the function of UA, ESR and CRP, reduce inflammatory reaction and improve the clinical symptoms of patients. No toxic side effects have been found in clinical application. It is worthy of further research and clinical promotion.
