朝药方太阴人清肺泻肝汤干预2型糖尿病高脂血症的实验研究

【摘要】：目的：探究朝医方《清肺泻肝汤》不同剂量对高热量饮食联合链脲佐菌素诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白,高密度脂蛋白和空腹血糖的影响。方法：雄性SD大鼠60只,使用随机法将10只大鼠分为正常组,喂以正常饲料,其余大鼠喂以高脂高糖饮食1周后,使用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射制作2型糖尿病模型,将糖尿病大鼠随机分为模型组,阳性对照组,清肺泻肝汤高、中、低剂量组,期间继续喂以高脂高糖饲料,之后进行灌胃,正常组和模型组每天用蒸馏水灌胃,对照组使用阿托伐他汀灌胃,灌胃三周后,断头取血处死全部大鼠,测量大鼠的空腹血糖,血清中总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白和甘油三酯的含量。结果使用spss 16软件分析,采用单因素方差分析。结果：成功建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,经过21天灌胃治疗后,清肺泻肝汤低、中、高剂量组空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、甘油三酯较模型组小,具有统计学意义,P0.05,与阿托伐他汀组无差异,P0.05,阿托伐他汀组和清肺泻肝汤低、中、高剂量组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇数值较模型组高,且两者之间无差异。结论：长期高脂高糖饲料引发肥胖容易引发糖尿病,《清肺泻肝汤》能够有效降低高脂高糖饲料联合药物诱导2型糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,提升高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effects of Qingfei Xiegan decoction (QFXD) on total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein (LDL) in type 2 diabetic rats induced by high calorie diet and streptozotocin (STZ). Methods: sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group and the other rats were fed with high fat and high sugar diet for 1 week. Type 2 diabetic model was made by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. Diabetic rats were randomly divided into two groups: model group, positive control group, high, middle and low doses of Qingfei Xiegan decoction. The normal group and the model group were fed with distilled water every day, and the control group was fed with Atto vastatin. After three weeks of gavage, all the rats were killed by severed blood, and fasting blood glucose, serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein were measured. Results: the content of high density lipoprotein and triglyceride was analyzed by spss 16 software and single factor analysis of variance. Results: the rat model of type 2 diabetes was established successfully. After 21 days of oral administration, Qingfei Xiegan decoction was low and moderate. The fasting blood glucose, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol and triglyceride in the high dose group were smaller than those in the model group (P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, Atto vastatin and Qingfei Xiegan decoction, respectively). The value of HDL-C in high dose group was higher than that in model group. Conclusion: obesity caused by long-term high fat and high sugar diet may lead to diabetes mellitus. Qingfei Xiegan decoction can effectively reduce fasting blood glucose and triglyceride in type 2 diabetic rats induced by high fat and high glucose diet combined with drugs. Total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, improve high density lipoprotein cholesterol.
