电针抗下肢肌萎缩的频率组合优化及其机制的初步研究

【摘要】:目的筛选电针治疗肌萎缩的优化电脉冲参数并探讨机理。方法 SD大鼠40只,制作下肢肌萎缩模型后随机分为A组(模型组,不电针)、B组(波宽0.5 ms,频率2 Hz)、C组(波宽200 ms,频率2 Hz)、D组(波宽200 ms,频率1/2/3 Hz)。电针足三里和承山穴,共4个疗程。观察坐骨神经功能指数(SFI)、腓肠肌湿重比(GW)、腓肠肌纤维横截面积比(GC)、腓肠肌细胞直径比(GD)和腓肠肌细胞凋亡指数(AI)的变化。结果与A组比,C组和D组的SFI、GW、GC明显增大,AI明显减小(P0.05);与B组比,C组、D组的AI明显减小(P0.05);与C组比,D组的AI明显减小(P0.05)。结论以波宽200 ms,频率1/2/3 Hz的电脉冲延缓肌萎缩为优化电针参数,其机制与抑制肌细胞凋亡有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to select the optimal parameters of electroacupuncture for muscle atrophy and to explore the mechanism. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into group A (model group, no electroacupuncture) after making the model of lower extremity muscle atrophy. Group B (wave width 0.5 Ms), frequency 2 Hz group C (wave width 200 Ms), frequency 2 Hz group D (wave width 200 Ms). Frequency 1 / 2 / 3 Hz. Electroacupuncture at Zusanli and Chengshan for 4 courses. The sciatic nerve function index (SFI), gastrocnemius wet weight ratio (GWN) and gastrocnemius fiber cross-sectional area (GC) were observed. Results compared with group A and group A, SFIGWN GC was significantly increased in group C and D, and the ratio of diameter of gastrocnemius cells to GD) and apoptosis index of gastrocnemius muscle cells were significantly higher than those in group A (P < 0.05). Ai decreased significantly (P 0.05); Compared with group B, AI in group C and group D decreased significantly (P 0.05). Compared with group C, AI in group D was significantly lower than that in group C. conclusion the optimal parameters of electroacupuncture are to delay muscle atrophy with a wave width of 200 Ms and a frequency of 1 / 2 / 3 Hz. The mechanism is related to the inhibition of myocyte apoptosis.
