【摘要】：正患者,女,31岁。初诊日期:2016年7月10日。主诉:月经淋漓不尽2年。2年前顺产后即出现月经淋漓不尽,每月阴道出血20 d左右,量少,经色暗,有血块,小腹胀痛,考虑处于哺乳期,未曾到医院就诊。彩超检查提示:子宫内膜厚0.9 cm;两侧附件区声像图未见明显异常。诊断:产后功能性子宫出血。妇科建议行针灸治疗。刻症:行经第5天,月经淋漓不尽,量少,经色暗,有血块,小腹胀痛,舌苔薄白、
