自身免疫性肝炎的中医辨证治疗用药特点及疗效

【摘要】：目的:分析中医辨证治疗自身免疫性肝炎的临床药特点并进行临床疗效的观察。方法:回顾性分析2013年6月—2016年10月医院接受中医辨证施治的93例自身免疫性肝炎患者的临床资料,将所有研究对象按照治疗时的辨证分型不同分为A、B、C 3组,分别采用的中药方剂为黄芪建中汤加减、逍遥散合桃红四物汤加减、一贯煎加减服用治疗。观察A、B、C 3组的用药特点和疗效。结果:A组总有效率85.19%,B组的总有效率为82.76%,C组总有效率为86.49%;3组患者在治疗后,血清ALT、AST、GGT的水平均显著降低;且均无药物相关不良反应发生。结论:中医多以自身免疫性肝炎患者的临床症状进行辨证分型,用药时多采用具有免疫调节、疏肝理气、滋阴补肾、健脾等功效的药物治疗,且中医辨证论治,对症施药治疗自身免疫性肝炎时有优良的临床疗效,安全性好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis and to observe the clinical efficacy. The clinical data of 93 patients with autoimmune hepatitis treated by TCM syndrome differentiation from June 2013 to October 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. All the subjects were divided into three groups according to their syndrome differentiation and classification. The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were Huangqi Jianzhong decoction, Xiaoyao San and Taohong Siwu decoction respectively. To observe the drug characteristics and efficacy of group C _ 3. Results the total effective rate of group A was 85.19% and the total effective rate of group B was 82.76%. The total effective rate of group C was 86.49; After treatment, the level of serum alt ASTGT was significantly decreased in the three groups. Conclusion: Chinese medicine is mostly based on the clinical symptoms of patients with autoimmune hepatitis for syndrome differentiation, the use of medicine with immune regulation, soothe liver and qi, tonify yin and kidney. It has excellent clinical effect and good safety in treating autoimmune hepatitis by TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs and treatment of autoimmune hepatitis with invigorating spleen and so on.
