中国整脊学建构的文化分析

【摘要】：中医骨科和脊柱伤病疗法具备传统理论的精华和丰厚的文化底蕴,但这些传统疗法及其基础上发展出的现代治疗体系——中国整脊学,却未获得广泛认可,且在与西方整脊学遭遇中被认为伪科学,那么在西医占据主导的中西医文化冲突的全球化背景下,中国整脊学处于何种地位及其独特性,为此我们要考察中国整脊学作为地方性知识的建构过程及文化特性。作者采用人类学的考察方式,试图通过对中西方整脊学文化和技术的比较来分析中国整脊学的建构过程。第一章创建本文的理论框架,探讨文化和技术的关系,把技术归属到文化概念中,指出对技术的建构过程就是特定的文化实践过程。第二章是中国整脊学现状的认识过程,并指出当前整脊学发展过程中存在的问题。第三章是中国整脊学作为地方性知识的人类学考察,在这一部分指出了中国整脊学的理论基础和传统文化之间紧密关系,为理解中国整脊学提供了整体文化背景,并深入湘潭某中西医结合医学,对中医整脊具备的地方性特征意义表征进行描述和理解。第四章在上章的基础上对中西方整脊学进行文化和技术的比较分析,以说明他们存在冲突和融合的地方,在对中国整脊学的建构过程进行考察,以说明文化的价值观念在建构过程中的重要性。第五章是理论提升的部分,目的是为了消除科学意识形态对地方性认识的误区,肯定中国整脊学地方性知识的科学合理性,并对对方性知识赋予了伦理之道和价值信仰。中国整脊学之所以认为是伪科学的,正是因为以占据高地的西方价值体系的意识形态来看待中国的传统文化,以科学的普遍性知识来定义中国整脊学。在全球的环境背景下,中国整脊学的地位看似不容乐观,但彰显了中国独特的文化境界,所以中国整脊学只有在中国传统文化的支撑下才能发挥应有的力量,表现出强大的生命力。对地方性知识的中国整脊学进行文化层级的研究,不仅可以加强民族认同感、提升民族自信、同时对推动中国整脊学的发展也起着一定的积极作用。
