精灵颗粒治疗气阴亏虚、痰热瘀阻型动脉粥样硬化的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:本研究运用精灵颗粒联合常规西药治疗符合中医辨证属气阴亏虚,痰热瘀阻型动脉粥样硬化患者,并以常规西药治疗作为对照组,观察精灵颗粒治疗AS的作用机制及临床效果,为中医从气阴亏虚,痰热瘀阻辨治本病提供依据,为中西医结合防治动脉粥样硬化病变,进而防止心脑血管病的发生提供临床理论依据。方法:选择符合气阴亏虚、痰热瘀阻证的动脉粥样硬化患者60例,随机分为两组:精灵颗粒组和对照组各30例。精灵颗粒组采用精灵颗粒汤剂联合西医标准化治疗,对照组采用单纯的西医标准化治疗,通过观察治疗前后两组患者在中医证候积分、颈动脉超声的结果、血脂、血流变学以及炎症因子等方面的变化,分析两组的差异,初步评价精灵颗粒治疗AS的作用机制及临床效果。结果:在中医临床症候、颈动脉超声、血脂、血流变、炎症因子等方面,治疗后,两组情况均有所改善,且精灵颗粒组较对照组改善程度更明显(P0.05);药物安全方面,两组患者治疗前后安全性指标均没有明显异常。结论:精灵颗粒联合西药常规治疗可以更好的改善AS患者的临床症状;在改善患者临床指标(颈动脉内膜-中层厚度、阻力指数、血脂水平、血流变水平、炎症因子水平)具有更明显的优势;说明"益气养阴、清热解毒、活血化痰"是治疗AS的重要而有效的方法,精灵颗粒是治疗动脉粥样硬化的有效方剂,且具有良好的药物安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to use the spirit granule combined with conventional western medicine to treat atherosclerosis patients with deficiency of qi and yin, phlegm and heat stasis, and routine western medicine as the control group. To observe the mechanism and clinical effect of fairy granule in treating as, to provide the basis for TCM to treat this disease from deficiency of qi and yin, phlegm and heat stasis, and to prevent and treat atherosclerotic lesions with integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods: 60 cases of atherosclerosis with deficiency of Qi and Yin and stagnation of phlegm and heat were selected. The rats were randomly divided into two groups: the genie granule group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). By observing the changes of TCM syndromes, carotid ultrasound, blood lipid, hemorheology and inflammatory factors before and after treatment, the differences between the two groups were analyzed. Results: the clinical symptoms, carotid ultrasound, blood lipids, hemorheology and inflammatory factors were improved in both groups after treatment. In the drug safety aspect, the safety indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were not significantly abnormal. Conclusion: the clinical symptoms of as patients can be improved better by the combination of genie granule and western medicine routine therapy. It has more obvious advantages in improving the clinical indexes (intima-media thickness of carotid artery, resistance index, blood lipid level, blood rheology level, inflammatory factor level). Huoxue Huatan "is an important and effective method for treating as, and Elf granule is an effective prescription for treating atherosclerosis and has good drug safety."
