穴位埋线配合耳穴压豆对单纯性肥胖症（肝郁气滞型）临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察穴位埋线配合耳穴压豆治疗肝郁气滞型单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效,并观察与单纯穴位埋线间是否存在差异。方法:选取符合纳入标准的60例患者,按数字随机法分为观察组、对照组,各30例。通过组内比较和组间比较,观察两个疗程后两组观察指标的变化情况。结果:1.组内比较:两组患者治疗后体重、体重指数、肌肉率、身体脂肪率、腰围、臀围、症状积分与治疗前相比,改善明显,有非常显著性差异(P㩳0.01);胸围治疗前后无显著性差异(P㧐0.05)。2.组间比较:两组间在体重、体重指数、肌肉率、身体脂肪率、三围方面分别于治疗前、治疗后进行对比,均无显著性差异(P㧐0.05)。治疗后,观察组临床症状积分明显低于对照组,有显著性差异(p㩳0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:两种治疗方法对肝郁气滞型单纯性肥胖症均有较好疗效,配合耳穴压豆在改善临床症状方面优于单纯穴位埋线。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of catgut embedding at acupoint combined with acupoint pressing on simple obesity with stagnation of liver and qi, and to observe whether there is a difference between catgut embedding at acupoint and simple acupoint. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 30), control group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The changes of observation indexes after two courses of treatment were observed. Results: comparison: body weight, body mass index (BMI), body mass index (BMI) after treatment were compared between two groups. Muscle rate, body fat rate, waist circumference, hip circumference, symptom score were significantly improved compared with before treatment. There was no significant difference in chest circumference before and after treatment. Comparison between two groups: there was no significant difference between the two groups in body weight, body mass index, muscle rate, body fat rate and tri-circumference before and after treatment. After treatment, the clinical symptom score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: the two treatment methods have better effect on simple obesity with stagnation of liver and qi, and the combination of auricular acupoint pressing bean is superior to simple catgut embedding in improving clinical symptoms.
