基于数据挖掘技术对亚急性甲状腺炎中医证型及用药规律的研究

【摘要】：1.目的本篇论文主要研究亚急性甲状腺炎,试图探讨病-证-方-药之间的关系,为临床诊疗及实验研究提供依据。2.方法本研究通过对1980.01--2015.12年发表在期刊文献上的关于亚急性甲状腺炎的证型、方药进行全面深入的搜集与整理,应用中医传承辅助系统v2.5软件,建立亚急性甲状腺炎证型方药数据库,借助数据挖掘技术,运用聚类分析及关联规则等,统计证型,深入分析药物数据,总结亚急性甲状腺炎的主要证型分布,对应的方药,分析用药规律。3.结果规范亚急性甲状腺炎为6种证型:外感风热型、肝郁蕴热型、热毒壅盛型、脾肾阳虚型、阴虚内热型、痰瘀互结型。总结了本病的高频用药及常用药、不同功效的药物使用、各证型的高频用药及各证型对应的适用方剂,举例分析了一些新处方。4.结论得出亚急性甲状腺炎的疾病、证型、方剂与用药的联系,与临床症状、病因、病机相契合,对本病的中医临床治疗和实验研究有一定参考价值。
[Abstract]:Objective 1. To study subacute thyroiditis in order to explore the relationship between disease, syndrome, prescription and medicine. Methods by collecting and sorting out the syndromes of subacute thyroiditis published in the journal literature from 1980.01-2015.12, and applying the software v2.5 of the Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistant system, we can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment and experimental research. To establish the database of subacute thyroiditis syndrome type prescription, with the help of data mining technology, using cluster analysis and association rules, etc., statistics of syndrome type, in-depth analysis of drug data, summed up the distribution of subacute thyroiditis main syndromes, the corresponding prescription, Results there were six types of subacute thyroiditis: exogenous wind-heat type, liver depression type, heat accumulation type, spleen and kidney yang deficiency type, yin deficiency internal heat type, phlegm and blood stasis type. The use of drugs with different efficacy, the high frequency medication of each syndrome type and the applicable prescriptions corresponding to each syndrome type are analyzed with examples. 4. Conclusion the disease, syndrome type, prescription and drug use of subacute thyroiditis are related to the clinical symptoms, etiology, clinical symptoms, and etiology of subacute thyroiditis. It has some reference value for the clinical treatment and experimental study of this disease.
